On June 27, the M-Hero M817 plug-in hybrid SUV officially launched with a pre-sale price range of RMB 370,000 to 420,000. The vehicle features a total of 296 upgrades across five key dimensions and is powered by a plug-in hybrid system combining a 2.0T engine and an electric motor. The engine delivers a maximum output of 224 horsepower and is paired with either a 51.9 kWh or 62.52 kWh battery pack, enabling a CLTC-rated all-electric range of up to 301 km. Exterior styling follows the "Heroic Soul Aesthetics 2.0" design language, featuring a closed-off "Lion’s Roar" grille with illuminated trim strips. When the daytime running lights are activated, the M-LOGO light simultaneously illuminates. The body is available in five color options, with black wheels, wheel arches, and roof-mounted luggage rails retained on the sides. Mounted on the roof is Huawei’s dual-path image-grade LiDAR, supporting the Qiankun ADS 5 intelligent driving assistance system. Inside, the cabin is equipped with a 10.25-inch digital instrument cluster, a 15.6-inch central touchscreen, and a W-HUD head-up display. Deeply integrated with Huawei’s HarmonyOS, the interior supports XiaoYi voice interaction, seamless connectivity between smartphones and the vehicle infotainment system, and multi-screen synergy functionality.
