Li Auto i6 Sells Over 20,000 Units for Consecutive Months, Sets Record with 15,000 Units Produced in 10 Days

On June 20, Li Auto announced that the 15,000th Li Auto i6 rolled off the production line, achieving a production milestone of 15,000 units in just 10 days. The i6 has recorded monthly sales exceeding 20,000 units for three consecutive months, making it the second-best-selling all-electric SUV in the RMB 200,000 price segment—trailing only the Tesla Model Y. The vehicle starts at RMB 249,800, matching the starting price of the Li Auto L6. Positioned as a mid-to-large-sized five-seater SUV, the i6 measures 4,950 mm in length, 1,935 mm in width, and 1,655 mm in height, with a wheelbase of 3,000 mm and an interior longitudinal usable space of 3.3 meters. Standard features across all trims include an all-aluminum suspension, four high-performance hydraulic bushings, CDC continuously variable damping shock absorbers, and a complimentary dual-chamber air suspension system. For driver assistance, the i6 comes standard with the ADMAX advanced driver-assistance system, equipped with an ATL all-weather LiDAR sensor and NVIDIA Thor-U chip, supporting the VLA large driver model. The powertrain is offered in two configurations: a single-motor rear-wheel-drive version and a dual-motor all-wheel-drive version, delivering maximum outputs of 250 kW and 400 kW, respectively. All variants are equipped with an 87.3 kWh 5C lithium iron phosphate (LFP) battery pack built on an 800V high-voltage platform, offering a CLTC-rated maximum range of 720 kilometers and supporting 5C ultra-fast charging.
