NIO ET9 Launches Limited "Polar Light Chaser" Edition: Starting at ¥838,000, Only 99 Units Nationwide

On June 21, NIO launched the ET9 Horizon Special Edition with a new theme called "Chasing Light at the Edge," starting at RMB 838,000 for the complete vehicle. With NIO's Battery as a Service (BaaS) subscription plan, the starting price is RMB 730,000. Only 99 units will be available nationwide. Based on the standard ET9’s overall design and specifications, this special edition features customized details: a two-tone exterior combining Deep Space Black on the upper body and Cloud White on the lower section, accented by a horizon-inspired character line running along both sides. Exclusive graphics displaying the latitudes of the Antarctic and Arctic Circles—"66°34'S" and "66°34'N"—are also featured. The design draws inspiration from the stark contrast between light and shadow at Earth's poles during the summer solstice. Display models of the "Chasing Light at the Edge" edition are now arriving at NIO showrooms across the country for customer viewing.
