GAC and Huawei Unveil Qijing GT7: Starting at ¥219,900, Up to 900km Range

On June 22, Qijing, the premium new energy vehicle brand jointly developed by GAC and Huawei’s Qiankun, announced that its first flagship smart shooting brake, the Qijing GT7, will officially launch on June 26 with a pre-sale price range of RMB 219,900 to RMB 309,900. The model has already opened pre-orders at the 30th Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area Auto Show and is equipped with six of Huawei’s intelligent automotive solutions, including Huawei Qiankun ADS 5 advanced driving assistance system and HarmonyOS-powered smart cockpit. The Standard Edition starts at RMB 219,900 and features an 86 kWh CATL battery (800V platform), delivering a CLTC range of 770 km and accelerating from 0 to 100 km/h in 5.9 seconds. It adopts a single-motor rear-wheel-drive layout with a maximum output of 340 horsepower. All variants come standard with an in-cabin LiDAR and 27 high-performance sensors. The Ultra Edition is priced at RMB 249,900 and adds full-chain redundancy architecture and next-generation LiDAR on top of the Standard Edition, increasing the total number of sensors to 36. The Ultra Long Range Edition is priced at RMB 279,900, upgrading to a 102 kWh CATL Qilin battery for a CLTC range of 900 km and a 0–100 km/h acceleration time of 5.8 seconds. It also introduces a 21-speaker, 7.1.4-channel surround sound system and a zero-gravity passenger seat. The Ultra Tri-Motor AWD Edition is priced at RMB 309,900, featuring a tri-motor all-wheel-drive system with a combined output of 768 horsepower and a 0–100 km/h acceleration time of just 2.98 seconds. It also includes a blowout stability control system.
