In a recent interview, Leo Auto President Shen Fei stated that automobile sales currently face greater challenges compared to battery swap station construction. He explained that building swap stations is a controllable process, whereas vehicle sales are influenced by multiple uncontrollable factors, including consumer perception, competitors’ strategies, and price fluctuations. Despite these difficulties, Shen noted there is also enjoyment in the sales process—the key lies in analyzing underlying causes and formulating effective strategies to boost sales. He added that Leo Auto’s brand positioning has become increasingly clear, with a more defined user profile and usage scenarios. The company is actively implementing its brand vision of “making family life better” through diverse scenarios such as camping, road trips, pet-friendly travel, and family activities, gradually carving out its unique identity in the new energy vehicle market.
