BYD's advanced AI agent "DiDi Xia" will be integrated into the Denza N8L Flash Charging Edition, which officially launched on June 23 at 19:30. Built upon BYD’s holistic vehicle intelligence architecture, DiDi Xia employs anthropomorphic logic to understand and execute complex, multi-step commands, control vehicle functions, and seamlessly connect with the smartphone ecosystem. It features whole-cabin memory, cross-domain interaction, edge-cloud collaboration, and dual-mode reasoning (fast and slow thinking), aiming to enhance the naturalness of human-machine interaction, proactive service capabilities, and performance in handling complex tasks. BYD has also upgraded the emotional architecture of its central brain and vehicle-wide AI agent to deliver more personalized services. The Denza N8 L Flash Charging Edition began pre-sales on April 10, with a pre-sale price range of RMB 350,000 to 400,000. It comes standard with BYD’s second-generation Blade Battery. The plug-in hybrid Flash Charging variant delivers a CLTC-rated all-electric range of 430 km and claims “5 minutes to charge enough, 9 minutes to fully charge.” Even in extreme cold conditions (as low as -30°C), charging time increases by only three minutes. The vehicle debuts globally with a next-generation AI-powered smart cockpit and is equipped with the "God’s Eye 5.0" advanced driver-assistance system.
