NIO Hits 9,003 Battery Swap and Charging Stations, Surpasses 200 Million Total Services

On June 23, NIO launched its 9,000th battery swap and charging station in Ankang, Shaanxi Province. To date, NIO has built 3,927 battery swap stations, 5,076 charging stations, and installed 29,255 charging piles nationwide, totaling 9,003 combined swap and charging stations. The company has provided over 200 million battery charging and swapping services, including more than 110 million battery swap services. In the first five months of this year, NIO delivered 150,526 new vehicles, an increase of 68.7% year-over-year. Since its inception, the company has cumulatively delivered 1,148,118 vehicles. Over the past eleven years, NIO has invested more than RMB 68.8 billion in research and development, with over RMB 20 billion dedicated specifically to its battery charging and swapping infrastructure. Deployment of its fifth-generation battery swap stations is scheduled to begin in the third quarter of this year.
