The Xiaomi YU7 GT has completed an autonomous lap at the Zhejiang International Circuit in 1 minute 49.434 seconds, setting the track’s first-ever autonomous lap record. Previously, the same model also achieved the world's first autonomous lap record at the Nürburgring Nordschleife with a time of 10 minutes 29.483 seconds. Launched on May 21, the Xiaomi YU7 GT is positioned as a "sports-car-grade SUV" and is available in two variants, priced at RMB 389,900 and RMB 429,900 respectively. The vehicle is equipped with the next-generation Super Motor V8s EVO, delivering a maximum output of 1,003 horsepower and a peak power of 738 kW. It offers a CLTC range of 705 km, accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h in just 2.92 seconds, and reaches a top speed of 300 km/h. Powered by a 101.7 kWh ternary lithium battery pack and built on an 897V silicon carbide high-voltage platform, it can gain up to 570 km of range with just 15 minutes of charging.
