Grebo recently completed a Series E financing round exceeding RMB 300 million, with investments from CICC Renault Fund, Hangzhou Hehe, and existing investor Galaxy Yuanhui. The company has submitted its listing application to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. Grebo specializes in providing intelligent electrified powertrain domain systems and standardized 800V high-voltage DC power supply system solutions. Its core technologies span high-performance power electronics, electric motors, software, thermal management, and platform-based integration. Through vertical integration, Grebo enhances the competitiveness of its integrated hardware-software solutions. In the new energy vehicle sector, Grebo has established deep collaborations with dozens of leading domestic and international OEMs and global Tier 1 suppliers, including Geely, GAC Group, Leapmotor, Great Wall Motor, Seres, Volkswagen, Renault, Hande Axle (a subsidiary of Weichai Power), and Haosai Power. To date, the company has secured 40定点 projects from OEMs. This month, its multi-in-one powertrain domain e-drive solution achieved a record monthly export volume of over 15,000 units. In emerging business areas, Grebo has delivered core components—power semiconductor devices—for AIDC (Artificial Intelligence Data Center) power systems and entered into a partnership with a leading U.S.-based SST company. Additionally, Grebo signed a memorandum of understanding with Danfoss to explore cooperation in AIDC power systems and electrification of construction machinery. The company has also co-established a joint laboratory with Shanghai Jiao Tong University to conduct research on next-generation power systems. Furthermore, Grebo’s embodied intelligent powertrain e-drive system has entered the customer sampling phase, and prototype samples of its robotic joint module e-drive systems have already been delivered.
