Škoda officially unveiled its flagship seven-seat, large all-electric SUV, the Peaq, on June 23. As the fully electric counterpart to the Kodiaq, the Peaq features larger dimensions—measuring 4,878 mm in length with a wheelbase of 2,965 mm—and offers 37 liters of front trunk space, 299 liters of rear cargo capacity, and 33 liters of additional interior storage. The Peaq is Škoda’s second model to adopt the brand’s “Modern Solid” design language, featuring T-shaped headlights, LED taillights, a panoramic sunroof spanning 2.1 square meters, a 755W audio system co-developed with Sonos, and a vertically oriented 13.6-inch Android-based infotainment display. It also debuts Škoda’s first flush-fitting door handles with manual operation capability. The vehicle will be available in three powertrain configurations: a smaller-battery, single-motor rear-wheel-drive version; a larger-battery, single-motor rear-wheel-drive variant; and a larger-battery, dual-motor all-wheel-drive model. The larger-battery versions are equipped with a 91 kWh battery pack (86 kWh usable), delivering over 600 km of range across all large-battery trims. The dual-motor AWD variant produces a combined output of 220 kW and accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h in 6.7 seconds. The Peaq supports a one-pedal driving mode and offers optional features including a tow hitch, Travel Assist 3.0 driver assistance system, and a 360-degree panoramic parking assist system. Wheel sizes range from 19 to 21 inches.
