At the 4th China International Supply Chain Promotion Expo, NVIDIA showcased its comprehensive AI industry roadmap—spanning energy, chips, infrastructure, models, and applications—centered around its "five-layer cake" AI architecture. At its “AI Accelerating Automotive Transformation” booth, 51Sim, a leading Chinese physical AI company under Wuyi Vision and NVIDIA’s exclusive physical AI simulation partner, unveiled SimOne 4.0, its next-generation autonomous driving simulation platform built on NVIDIA Omniverse NuRec. Designed for Level 4 autonomous driving, SimOne 4.0 establishes a data-driven closed-loop simulation infrastructure. Leveraging NuRec technology, real-world road data can be rapidly transformed into neural scene reconstructions, generating high-fidelity, executable, editable, and interactive digital environments directly usable for model training and validation. Unlike traditional manual modeling, this approach turns real-world data into reusable, sustainable data assets. As end-to-end foundation models, world models, and vision-language-action (VLA) architectures become central to intelligent driving technologies, the industry’s demand for interactive, inferable, and iterative data loops is rising. 51Sim has already achieved production-grade integration with NVIDIA’s open-source world model Cosmos 3 and VLA foundation model Alpamayo 1.5. Powered by Cosmos 3, SimOne 4.0 can generalize reconstructed scenes to synthesize diverse conditions—including weather, lighting, traffic participants, and rare edge-case scenarios—enabling users to access these capabilities without building their own inference stacks. This facilitates a new R&D workflow: “capture once, generate repeatedly, train continuously.” SimOne 4.0 has now completed engineering-level integration across the entire physical AI pipeline—from data reconstruction and scenario generation to model training, closed-loop validation, and mass-production deployment. The collaboration between NVIDIA and 51Sim has evolved from product integration to ecosystem-level synergy tailored for the era of world models and VLA. Additionally, 51Sim CEO Bao Shiqiang and Li Bo, NVIDIA’s Automotive Developer Relations Manager, will host an online seminar on June 30 to discuss key topics including simulation infrastructure in the physical AI era, real-data closed loops, NuRec and SimOne 4.0 capabilities, and OEM mass-production practices.
