Spy photos of the new Aito M8 test vehicle have been released, revealing that the car will feature a rear-wheel steering system and a high-mounted camera on the C-pillar, matching the design of the Aito M9. The roof-mounted LiDAR is expected to be upgraded to Huawei's Qiankun 896-line dual-optical-path imaging-grade LiDAR. This model represents an annual minor update; it celebrated its first anniversary since launch in April this year and has delivered over 170,000 units to date, making it the best-selling SUV in the RMB 400,000 price segment for the year.
