The GT7, a model under Qijing—the premium intelligent new energy vehicle brand co-developed by GAC Group and Huawei’s Qiankun—officially launched on June 26 at 19:00. The vehicle had previously opened for pre-orders at the 30th Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area Auto Show in 2026, with a pre-order price range of RMB 219,900 to RMB 309,900. All GT7 variants come equipped with Huawei’s six core automotive intelligent solutions, including the latest-generation HarmonySpace intelligent cockpit powered by HarmonyOS, Huawei Qiankun ADS 5 advanced driving assistance system, and standard closed-type dual-chamber air suspension. It debuts Huawei’s Qiankun Chitu platform, achieving a 0–100 km/h acceleration time of just 2.98 seconds and a maximum range of up to 900 kilometers. At the same launch event, Qijing unveiled its first large five-seater SUV, the GX7. First announced during the GT7 pre-order launch on May 29, the GX7 is scheduled to hit the market in autumn 2026. Official teaser images have been released, showing the prototype wrapped in camouflage vinyl featuring extensive curved surfaces, a roof-mounted LiDAR sensor, a large rear spoiler, and semi-flush door handles. According to Qijing’s roadmap, all future models from the brand will be fully equipped with Huawei Qiankun’s latest intelligent technologies.
