Geely Launches Program to Retrain Delivery Riders for Auto Marketing and Quality Management Roles

On June 26, Geely Holding Group and Xinwei Technology jointly announced the launch of the "Cross-Era Practical Professional Capability Development Program." The inaugural cohort will publicly recruit 100 individuals with food delivery experience from society, supporting their career transition into automotive marketing and quality management. Eligible candidates must have graduated within the past five years, possess at least one consecutive year of food delivery experience, demonstrate strong stress resilience, and show clear career development aspirations. Selected participants will undergo a 12-month phased training program. The first six months consist of systematic training: one month of intensive classroom learning followed by five months of hands-on field experience, during which each participant is guaranteed two dedicated hours per day for study, delivered through a combination of remote instruction and centralized Q&A sessions. The subsequent six months involve a probationary work placement phase, comprising five months of on-the-job skill enhancement and one month dedicated to final presentations, comprehensive evaluations, and assessments. The training adopts a "Three Campus Integration" model—spanning cross-regional campuses, cross-industry campuses, and cross-functional line campuses—and is supported by a tripartite mentorship system combining enterprise professionals, academic experts, and AI-powered intelligent agents. Curriculum content is developed based on real-world business scenarios and cases, forming a teachable and certifiable competency framework. Xinwei Technology’s AI intelligent agents provide 24/7 online learning support. Participants who successfully pass all assessments will receive formal job offers and be awarded a Practical Competency Degree Certificate issued by Xinwei Technology. The program charges no tuition fees, deposits, or any other costs. Competitive stipends or salary packages aligned with market standards are provided throughout all phases of the program.
