("DaSouChe") listed its shares on the Nasdaq Global Market in the United States under the ticker symbol "DSC," becoming the first Chinese company to go public in the U.S. in 2026. The company offered 3,000,000 American Depositary Shares (ADSs) in this initial public offering at a price of $17.00 per ADS, raising approximately $51 million (excluding the over-allotment option).
