Lu Fang, Chairman of Voyah Automotive Technology Co., Ltd., announced that the all-electric version of the Voyah Taishan X8 has officially rolled off the production line at Yunfeng Plant and will commence deliveries in July 2024. The vehicle is a large five-seater SUV, launched in May 2024, equipped with Huawei's Qiankun Intelligent Driving system featuring four LiDAR units and an 896-line dual-optical-path imaging-grade LiDAR. Its manufacturer-suggested retail price ranges from RMB 292,900 to RMB 379,900. Lu stated that since its inception, Voyah has adhered to a dual-power strategy encompassing both pure electric and hybrid models, and has now established a comprehensive lineup of five models: FREE, Dreamer, Pursuit, Zhiyin, and Taishan.
