On July 1, 2026, Novosense unveiled a series of new mixed-signal ICs targeting automotive electronics, broad energy, and smart terminal applications at electronica China in Shanghai. In the automotive electronics segment, the company launched the AEC-Q100-qualified sunlight and rain sensor family NSUC183x, offering three integration options (AFE, AFE+SBC, and AFE+MCU+SBC) to support detection of sunlight, forward light, overhead light, HUD ambient light, and rainfall. It also introduced the automotive camera PMIC NSR90332XX-Q1, which integrates multiple power rails and features low noise, EMI optimization, and ASIL B functional safety compliance—ideal for surround-view, rear-view, front-view, DMS, electronic mirror, and PoC camera modules. Additionally, Novosense showcased its HSMT-based SerDes products, the NLS911x/NLS924x series, delivering up to 6.4 Gbps per channel, already validated by leading domestic ADAS customers and moving into mass production. In the broad energy sector, Novosense released the tri-core EtherCAT real-time control MCU/DSP family NS800RTA7, integrating a Cortex-M7 core, EtherCAT controller, high-speed ADCs, and safety features compliant with ISO 26262 ASIL B and IEC 61508 SIL2 standards—suitable for industrial automation, servo drives, and energy storage systems. The company also introduced the 110V half-bridge GaN driver NSD2123, optimized specifically for enhancement-mode GaN HEMTs, featuring intelligent bootstrap charging, split-output drive architecture, and active Miller clamping—targeting applications such as server PSUs, robotics, and solar-plus-storage systems. For smart terminals, Novosense demonstrated the linear position sensor series MT911x/MT912x, the high-precision digital temperature sensor series NST113x, and the MEMS gauge pressure sensor NSPGD1—addressing position sensing in consumer electronics, thermal management in wearables, and liquid-level monitoring in home appliances, respectively. As of the end of 2025, Novosense had cumulatively shipped 1.418 billion automotive-grade chips. Its automotive electronics revenue reached approximately RMB 1.2 billion, up 65% year-over-year; broad energy business revenue totaled around RMB 1.8 billion, surging 84% YoY; and consumer electronics revenue stood at roughly RMB 400 million, growing 50% YoY. Today, the company’s products span diverse application scenarios including automotive electrification (xEV), thermal management, body control, smart cockpits, ADAS, chassis safety, industrial control, AI server power supplies, and white goods sensing.
