On July 3, at the full-scenario collaboration and vehicle delivery ceremony held by XPeng and eHi Car Services, Gu Yuanqin, Vice President of XPeng Group, stated that XPeng is committed to becoming a "triple-A student": first, its vehicle designs have gained widespread recognition, with significant improvements in design this year; second, quality has markedly improved—as sales have grown, the after-sales return-to-service rate has dropped by over 20%; and third, its intelligent capabilities stand out, particularly in advanced driver-assistance features. He revealed that he now fully relies on XPeng’s intelligent driving system for his daily commute, leaving his driver with almost nothing to do. Even on long-distance trips exceeding 300 kilometers round-trip, he achieved zero manual interventions throughout the journey, transitioning from driver to supervisor and substantially reducing mental fatigue.
