Faraday Future plans to hold a special meeting of shareholders on August 12, 2026 (Pacific Time) to consider three proposals: (1) approving a targeted issuance of common shares to specific convertible note holders to fulfill contractual obligations and support subsequent financing; (2) changing the company’s name from Faraday Future Intelligent Electric Inc. to Faraday Future Physical AI Ecosystem Inc. to reflect its strategic focus on integrating artificial intelligence with EAI (Embodied Artificial Intelligence) terminal systems and align with its stock ticker symbol “FFAI”; and (3) authorizing the adjournment of the meeting, if necessary, to solicit additional votes. The company has launched a comprehensive EAI robotics portfolio spanning six product lines, including the Futurist humanoid robot, the FX Navi quadruped robot, and the industrial-grade wheeled-arm robot FF Faber. It has also unveiled its “Trinity” EAI robotics education ecosystem strategy. From March to June 2026, FF delivered a total of 242 EAI robots, exceeding its original target of 220 units. Based on current progress, the company has raised its full-year delivery target from 1,500 to 2,000 units. Proceeds from the proposed targeted share issuance will be used to expand robotics production capacity, drive scaled deliveries toward positive gross margins, improve cash flow structure, and gradually transition to an operating cash flow-driven model.
