On June 29, the Lynk & Co 07 GT opened for pre-orders, offering three standard variants priced from RMB 165,800 to RMB 185,800. A limited-edition "Time Limited Edition" model—restricted to just 1,007 units—was also launched simultaneously with a suggested retail price of RMB 208,800. This plug-in hybrid estate car will officially launch in July. Exterior styling carries forward the brand’s family design language, featuring split headlights, frameless doors, semi-flush door handles, and a roof-mounted luggage rack. Dimensions measure 4,846 mm (or 4,866 mm) in length, 1,900 mm in width, and 1,485 mm in height, with a wheelbase of 2,843 mm. The interior emphasizes a sporty aesthetic, standard-equipped with Nappa leather bucket seats, an AR-HUD, Meizu cockpit system, plus optional features including a refrigerator, a 23-speaker audio system, and LiDAR. The rear cargo capacity is 614 liters for the rear-wheel-drive (RWD) version and 548 liters for the all-wheel-drive (AWD) variant; folding down the rear seats expands these figures to 1,665 liters and 1,599 liters respectively. Power comes from a 1.5T EM-P plug-in hybrid system: the RWD model delivers a combined output of 408 hp, accelerating from 0–100 km/h in 5.5 seconds, with a CLTC pure-electric range of 200 km; the AWD version offers 530 hp and a CLTC pure-electric range of 170 km. All variants are equipped with a 28.3 kWh battery pack. On July 2, BYD officially launched the Seagull 08 sedan, available in six trims priced from RMB 196,900 to RMB 239,900. Positioned as the flagship mid-to-large sedan within BYD’s Ocean Network, it offers both BEV and PHEV powertrains. Its dimensions are 5,150 mm long, 1,999 mm wide, and 1,505 mm tall, with a 3,030 mm wheelbase. Standard equipment includes a 15.6-inch central touchscreen, a 26-inch AR-HUD, DiLink infotainment system, refrigerator, and rear-seat control screen. All models come standard with the “God’s Eye B” intelligent driving system, supporting urban and highway navigation-assisted driving. The chassis features Yunniu-A air suspension, rear-wheel steering, and intelligent crab-walking functionality. The BEV AWD variant produces a maximum output of 694 hp, achieving 0–100 km/h in just 3.3 seconds, with a CLTC range of 905 km. The PHEV version delivers a combined output of 544 hp, offering a CLTC pure-electric range of 400 km and a total combined range of 1,000 km. Also on July 2, XPeng’s MONA L03 opened for pre-orders, with six variants priced from RMB 143,800 to RMB 165,800, scheduled for official launch on July 16. As the first compact SUV in the MONA series, it offers both BEV and extended-range electric (EREV) options. It measures 4,650 mm long, 1,920 mm wide, and 1,600 mm tall, with a 2,850 mm wheelbase and a drag coefficient of 0.228. Standard features include a 15.6-inch central display, a 26.8-inch W-HUD, a 20-speaker audio system, a front trunk, and a panoramic glass roof. It is powered by the Turing AI chip (with up to 1,500 TOPS computing power) and XPeng’s second-generation VLA advanced driver-assistance system. The EREV variant offers a CLTC pure-electric range of 315 km and a total combined range of 1,330 km; the BEV version is available in two CLTC range options: 525 km and 625 km. All variants are equipped with DCC variable-damping shock absorbers and an anti-motion-sickness driving mode. On June 30, the fifth-generation BMW X5 made its global debut—the first time a single X5 model line encompasses gasoline, plug-in hybrid, and fully electric powertrains, with a hydrogen fuel-cell variant planned for the future. Overseas markets will see deliveries begin in late November 2026; the plug-in hybrid and all-electric iX5 variants will arrive in early 2027, with locally produced Chinese-market versions expected around the same time. Exterior design adopts BMW’s Neue Klasse language, featuring horizontal lighting elements, a smaller dual-kidney grille, and dual “X”-shaped daytime running lights. Inside, most physical buttons have been eliminated in favor of an integrated display zone spanning the dashboard, a passenger-side screen, and a new four-spoke steering wheel. The advanced driver-assistance system supports Level 2+ functionality, allowing drivers to naturally intervene without triggering system disengagement. Powertrain options include: - The gasoline-powered X5 40 xDrive, equipped with a 3.0T engine producing 400 hp; - The plug-in hybrid X5 50e xDrive, delivering a combined output of 510 hp and a WLTP pure-electric range of 102 km; - The high-performance plug-in hybrid X5 M60e xDrive, with an engine output of 426 hp and a WLTP pure-electric range of 98 km; - The all-electric iX5 60 xDrive, offering a combined output of 578 hp, powered by a 141 kWh battery pack, and achieving a maximum WLTP range of 845 km. A long-wheelbase version is expected for the China-market production model.
