The Tesla Model Y L has launched simultaneously in the United States, Puerto Rico, and the United Arab Emirates. Offered exclusively in a single all-wheel-drive, long-wheelbase variant, it debuts in the U.S. market with a starting price of $61,990. The Model Y L features a wheelbase extended by 150 mm compared to the standard Model Y, reaching 3,040 mm, and an overall length increased by approximately 180 mm. It adds a third row of seats, adopting a 2+2+2 six-seat configuration. The second row is equipped with two independent executive seats featuring heating, ventilation, and one-touch recline functionality. The third-row seats include heating, adjustable backrest angles, and ISOFIX child seat anchors. Performance-wise, the Model Y L accelerates from 0 to 60 mph in approximately 4.4 seconds and delivers an EPA-estimated range of 325 miles (approximately 523 km). The vehicle offers 89 cubic feet (about 2,520 liters) of cargo space and comes standard with a 19-speaker audio system, an 8-inch second-row entertainment screen, a 50W wireless charging pad, adaptive suspension, and upgraded acoustic glass.
