NIO ES9 Six-Seater Passage Version Delivers with Three Trims and Two Purchase Options

NIO has officially commenced deliveries of the six-seat ES9 with center aisle. The model was previously launched with three trim levels, priced between RMB 498,000 and RMB 628,000 for outright purchase; with the battery-as-a-service (BaaS) option, the price range is RMB 390,000 to RMB 520,000. Exterior-wise, the new vehicle adopts NIO’s X-Bar design language, featuring a “Shark Nose” front fascia and HDPL intelligent high-definition projection headlights. Integrated into the front fenders are “Smart Light Sails,” housing side-facing LiDAR sensors, ADAS indicator lights, and nine chrome-accented light steps. At the rear, it sports a 2.36-meter-long “Flowing Light Cluster” taillight embedded with 662 Super Red LED units. The vehicle measures 5,365 mm in length, 2,029 mm in width, 1,870 mm in height, and has a wheelbase of 3,250 mm. Inside, the cabin features an enveloping dashboard layout centered around a 1.5-meter-long “Sky Island” design element. The front row includes a 15.6-inch central touchscreen, while the rear seats are equipped with two 16-inch NIO Link executive screens—both powered by NIO’s self-developed SkyOS TianShu AI operating system, built on the NOMI Intelligence 4.0 multi-agent architecture. Under the hood, the ES9 is built on a 900V high-voltage platform supporting 5C ultra-fast charging. All variants come standard with a dual-motor all-wheel-drive system delivering a combined output of 520 kW and peak torque of 700 N·m, enabling a 0–100 km/h acceleration time of 4.3 seconds. It offers two CLTC-range options: 600 km and 620 km. The vehicle also features NIO’s TianXing intelligent chassis technology, including an FAS electro-hydraulic 48V integrated fully active suspension system.
