BYD Semiconductor announced that cumulative shipments of its automotive-grade Battery Management System (BMS) Analog Front-End (AFE) chips have surpassed 100 million units. Since launching its first mass-production model, the BF8915A-1, in 2021, the product has led domestic Chinese manufacturers in both vehicle installations and shipment volumes. Porsche publicly disclosed its internal compensation structure for the first time at its Annual General Meeting on July 7. Hesai Group released its LiDAR shipment data for Q2 2026, reporting approximately 271,100 units shipped during the quarter—a year-over-year increase of 385% and a sequential growth of 49%.
