The BYD Han in "China Red" recently made its real-world debut, featuring a two-tone body design and multi-spoke alloy wheels. The vehicle continues the Dynasty Series' "Dragon Face" design language, with a full-width light bar across the front fascia, a clamshell-style hood, and an integrated roof-mounted LiDAR unit. Measuring 5,256 mm long, 1,999 mm wide, and 1,510 mm tall, with a wheelbase of 3,130 mm, its low-slung profile and wide fender flares give it a sleek fastback silhouette. At the rear, full-width taillights incorporate Chinese knot motifs, while the lower bumper features a three-section sporty design; the plug-in hybrid variant adopts hidden exhaust tips. Inside, the cabin maintains the Dynasty family’s minimalist Chinese aesthetic, retaining physical buttons on the dashboard—a layout shared with the flagship Tang SUV. It is equipped with a 12.3-inch digital instrument cluster, a 17.3-inch central touchscreen, a 12.3-inch passenger entertainment display, and a 50-inch AR-HUD, supporting seamless three-screen interaction and coordinated HUD display functionality. Powertrain options include both plug-in hybrid (PHEV) and all-electric (BEV) variants. The PHEV version pairs a 1.5T engine with a 200 kW electric motor and a 54.489 kWh battery, delivering a WLTC-rated pure-electric range of 370 km. The BEV model comes in rear-wheel-drive (RWD) and all-wheel-drive (AWD) configurations: the RWD variant features a single motor with peak output of 370 kW and a CLTC range of 800 km, while the AWD version combines a 200 kW front motor and a 370 kW rear motor for a CLTC range of up to 1,008 km.
