Chuhang Tech Launches Malaysia Production Base, Accelerating Expansion in South Asia and Global Markets

Chuhang Technology's overseas production facility in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, has recently commenced official operations. This facility represents a core achievement of Chuhang’s strategic partnership with Malaysian-listed company MCE Holdings Berhad and is primarily tasked with the research, development, and manufacturing of multiple millimeter-wave radar products for smart mobility applications. It aims to advance the development of intelligent driver-assistance radar technologies across Malaysia and South Asia. Chuhang plans to leverage Malaysia as a regional hub to expand into South Asian markets. The company has already secured project orders from Perodua, a leading Malaysian automotive brand, with mass production and delivery scheduled for 2025—making Chuhang one of the few domestic manufacturers exporting millimeter-wave radar products internationally. Its full lineup of 60GHz vital-sign detection radars has obtained CE certification from the European Union and meets the direct sensing requirements for Child Presence Detection (CPD) set by Euro NCAP (European New Car Assessment Programme). Beyond Malaysia, Chuhang has initiated market expansion efforts in India, South Korea, and other overseas regions, and has established strategic cooperation intentions with several Japanese and Korean automakers. With the commencement of operations at its Kuala Lumpur facility, Chuhang’s global operational network has been further strengthened.
