On June 26, Qijing Auto unveiled its GX7 intelligent "spacious" five-seater SUV for the first time and disclosed additional technical details on July 9. The vehicle measures 5,099 mm in length, 2,006 mm in width, and 1,750 mm in height, with a wheelbase of 3,070 mm. It features the industry’s first tri-fold fully flat bed, which can be transformed into a sleeping surface with a single button press in under 20 seconds. All trims come standard with Huawei’s Qiankun ADS 5 intelligent driving system, built on an L3-grade full-chain architecture with eight layers of redundancy. The system integrates Huawei’s Qiankun 896-line dual-optical-path imaging-grade LiDAR and domain-wide AI algorithms. Through hardware innovation and algorithmic optimization, the GX7 achieves an impressive fuel-to-electricity conversion efficiency of 3.73 kWh/L. Powering the GX7 is a 67 kWh CATL Super Hybrid battery, supporting 800V 5C ultra-fast charging. It delivers a CLTC pure-electric range of 385 km and a combined range exceeding 1,400 km. Charging from 30% to 80% state of charge (SOC) takes less than 10 minutes. The vehicle is equipped with a triple-motor system producing a maximum output of 550 kW, enabling acceleration from 0 to 100 km/h in just over three seconds.
