On July 8, Yikong Zhijia (HKEX: 07687) listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange with an issue price of approximately HK$88 per share. On its debut trading day, the stock closed at HK$96.70 per share, up nearly 10% from the offer price, giving the company a total market capitalization of HK$14.3 billion. Founded in May 2018, the company specializes in the research and application of autonomous driving technologies for large-scale open-pit mining operations. Lan Shuisheng serves as founder and CEO, while Zhang Lei, who previously led autonomous driving R&D at Yutong Bus, is co-founder and Chairman. The IPO attracted cornerstone investors including Zijin Mining, XCMG Group, Fidelity International, and JPMorgan Chase.
