NIO ES8 Five-Seater Launches Nationwide Deliveries, Starting at RMB 382,800

NIO officially commenced nationwide deliveries of the ES8 Large Five-Seater on July 10. The model is available through two purchase options: a full-vehicle purchase price ranging from RMB 382,800 to RMB 422,800, or a battery-as-a-service (BaaS) option with a starting price between RMB 274,800 and RMB 314,800. Specifically, the five-seat Executive Luxury variant starts at RMB 382,800 for the full-vehicle purchase (or RMB 274,800 with BaaS), while the five-seat Executive Signature variant starts at RMB 422,800 (or RMB 314,800 with BaaS). The new vehicle features dual zero-gravity aviation-style seats for the driver and front passenger, offering 20-way adjustability, 400mm-wide leg rests, and extendable supports reaching up to 370mm in length. A one-touch function enables instant transition to a zero-gravity seating position, complemented by 14-point and 16-point massage functions for the driver and front passenger seats, respectively. The second-row seatbacks recline up to 138°, equipped with 400mm leg rests and electrically adjustable footrests, along with full-area heating and 16-point massage functionality. The ES8 offers a combined front and rear cargo capacity of 1,564 liters—230 liters in the front trunk and 1,334 liters in the rear trunk, which measures up to 1,220mm in maximum depth and 1,400mm at its widest point. With the second-row seats folded down, total cargo volume expands to 3,084 liters.
