BYD's premium EV brand Denza has officially released the official images of the Denza N8, a large five-seater all-electric SUV. The vehicle measures 5,150 mm in length, 1,999 mm in width, and 1,820 mm in height, with a wheelbase of 3,075 mm. The new model is equipped with BYD’s second-generation Blade Battery and flash charging technology. According to the manufacturer, it can achieve “5 minutes to charge enough for daily use, 9 minutes to fully charge,” and even in -30°C conditions, charging time increases by only 3 minutes. Per the application information submitted to the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (MIIT) in the 409th batch of the "Announcement of Road Motor Vehicle Manufacturers and Products," the Denza N8 will be offered in three powertrain variants: - A single-motor version (320 kW), - A high-performance single-motor version (370 kW), and - A triple-motor version (with motor outputs of 270 kW, 310 kW, and 310 kW respectively). All three variants come standard with a panoramic sunroof and offer various optional configurations, including body-color roof, body-color side mirrors, different wheel designs, brake calipers in multiple colors, electric running boards (or without), dual-camera rear spoiler, and door handles in different styles.
