Chery Fulwin A9 Launches Pre-sales in Beijing on July 9 with Three Variants Priced from RMB 115,900 to RMB 135,900 BEIJING, July 9 — Chery officially launched pre-sales for its new Fulwin A9 sedan in Beijing today, offering three variants priced between RMB 115,900 and RMB 135,900. Customers who place a deposit of RMB 1,999 from today will enjoy seven exclusive pre-sale benefits. Positioned as a “long-range, intelligent, and stylish all-electric coupe,” the Fulwin A9 features Chery’s Lingfeng design language and achieves an ultra-low drag coefficient of 0.223 Cd. The Fulwin A9 debuts with a cutting-edge 3nm high-performance cabin chip, paired with 16GB of RAM and 256GB of storage. It runs the AI-powered Lingxi Smart Cabin 2.0 system and integrates the Carmind Pro × Doudao AI voice assistant. For intelligent driving, it is equipped with the Eagle Assist Driving System, which includes one LiDAR, three millimeter-wave radars, eleven cameras, twelve ultrasonic sensors, and a high-performance ADAS chip. The system supports full-scenario integrated driving and parking capabilities powered by an end-to-end algorithm architecture. In terms of safety, the Fulwin A9 adopts the “Rhino Battery 360° Safety Protection” system, featuring high-tolerance battery cells, a 31-layer protective battery pack structure, and real-time cloud monitoring. Over 80% of the body structure uses high-strength steel, including 20% hot-stamped steel, delivering a torsional rigidity of 38,000 N·m/deg. It also offers eight airbags—the only model in its class to do so—with side curtain airbags extending 1,987 mm in length. For range and performance, the Fulwin A9 comes standard with a 70 kWh battery, delivering a CLTC-rated range of 655 km. Even at -30°C, the battery retains 90% of its capacity. It features a highly integrated 12-in-1 electric drive system with a peak efficiency of 95%, weighing just 75 kg and capable of reaching a maximum rotational speed of 22,000 rpm. Steering is handled by a DP-EPS dual-pinion electric power steering system, while braking relies on Bosch’s IPB 2.0 brake-by-wire system, achieving a 100–0 km/h braking distance of just 37.6 meters. Exterior design highlights include a wheelbase-to-length ratio of 4.39, a width-to-height ratio of 1.28, and a wheel-to-height ratio of 0.45. The vehicle is available in seven exterior colors: Begonia Red, Cloud Pink Beige, Snowy White, Mountain Mist Purple, Basalt Gray, Singing Sand Green, and Ink Stone Black—all finished with an 8-layer iridescent paint process. Inside, two interior color schemes are offered: Nightfall Purple-Black and Misty Purple-Gray. Soft-touch materials cover 8.68 square meters, while rear legroom measures 976 mm and cabin width reaches 1,936 mm. When the rear seats are folded flat, they form a 1.6-meter “king-size bed.” The cabin also features 32 storage compartments, a 450-liter trunk, and an additional 88-liter underfloor storage compartment.
