On July 11, Xiaomi Auto launched its Summer Care Service, which will run through October 10 and cover the entire regions of ten provinces and autonomous areas: Sichuan, Guizhou, Yunnan, Tibet, Qinghai, Shaanxi, Gansu, Xinjiang, Ningxia, and Inner Mongolia. During the campaign period, vehicle owners visiting designated service centers can enjoy ten complimentary specialized vehicle inspections, including checks on lighting, chassis, tires, and air conditioning systems, as well as free windshield washer fluid refills. Additionally, upon bringing their vehicle in for service, owners may receive one emergency kit per vehicle (limited to one per car), containing first-aid supplies for minor injuries and essential replenishment items. If a vehicle breaks down or is involved in an accident—regardless of cause—and becomes undrivable, owners can access unlimited, 24/7 complimentary roadside assistance with no restrictions on the number of calls, distance covered, or type of rescue (including crane services). Following a tow, Xiaomi Auto will provide complimentary transportation to carry the owner and up to five accompanying passengers to the nearest town, enabling them to continue their journey. On the same day, Xiaomi Auto also launched its Summer Severe Weather Protection Service.
