The Changan Qiyuan Q06 made its real-world debut on July 13, positioned as a "dynamic and stylish SUV." The official global design showcase for this model is scheduled for July 15. The vehicle continues the brand’s "Fuguang" aesthetic design language, featuring a closed-off front grille and a full-width LED daytime running light. A roof-mounted LiDAR unit suggests support for Changan’s Tianshu Navigation Pilot advanced driver-assistance system. Along the sides, an upward-sweeping character line and semi-recessed door handles enhance its sleek profile, while the rear features a full-width matrix-style taillight. Inside, a horizontally mounted floating center touchscreen dominates the dashboard, with multiple physical buttons retained below the screen for ease of use. The seats are expected to adopt a zero-gravity design with multi-directional adjustment, complemented by a panoramic glass roof and an overhead entertainment display. Measuring 4,837 mm in length, 1,970 mm in width, and 1,670 mm in height—with a wheelbase of 2,940 mm—the Q06 is powered by a single motor delivering a maximum output of 245 kW. It is also expected to be built on an 800V silicon carbide high-voltage platform, supporting 6C ultra-fast charging.
