BYD Launches Unlimited In-Car Data Plan for Just ¥29/month, Covering Five Key Cabin Entertainment Scenarios

BYD Auto has launched the "In-Car Service Peace-of-Mind Package," allowing users to enjoy unlimited in-car data for just RMB 29 per month—ensuring uninterrupted connectivity with no hidden fees or additional charges. This new offering eliminates the previous 15GB monthly data cap, providing a truly all-inclusive flat-rate service. The Peace-of-Mind Package supports five major in-cabin entertainment scenarios: LiveHouse, Mobile Mini-Theater, In-Car Karaoke Room, Mobile Gaming Lounge, and On-the-Go Office Pod. All users—regardless of whether they have previously subscribed to a Basic Package or Top-Up Package—can purchase the Peace-of-Mind Package. Data usage priority follows the order: "Peace-of-Mind Package > Basic Package > Top-Up Package." Note that the Peace-of-Mind Package cannot be stacked or combined with other packages. For new subscribers or those whose subscription has expired, the service takes effect immediately upon purchase; if renewed early, it will activate the day after the current plan expires. This service is available for all BYD Dynasty and Ocean Series models equipped with 5G connectivity. Users must update the BYD App to the latest version and purchase the package via the path: “Mall > Recommendations/Entertainment > In-Car Services” within the app.
