Black Sesame Technologies completed its acquisition of Eeasy Electronics on July 14. The transaction includes performance commitment clauses stipulating that Eeasy Electronics must achieve minimum tax-inclusive revenues of RMB 300 million, RMB 400 million, and RMB 500 million in 2026, 2027, and 2028, respectively—totaling no less than RMB 1.2 billion over the three-year period. Concurrently, its net profits must reach at least RMB 50 million, RMB 350 million, and RMB 500 million during the same years, amounting to a cumulative minimum of RMB 900 million. Eeasy Electronics reported significant year-over-year revenue growth in the first half of the year and has already exceeded its 2026 net profit commitment. Its gross margin and profitability have markedly improved. The company’s three major chip product lines—SV, SH, and SA—serve the intelligent automotive, smart hardware, and intelligent security sectors, offering cost-effective, low-power computing solutions ranging from 0.5 TOPS to 2 TOPS. Following the acquisition, Black Sesame Technologies has integrated Eeasy Electronics’ product lines with its existing Huashan and Wudang series SoCs, establishing comprehensive capabilities for high-compute applications such as ADAS, Robotaxis, robot “brains,” and AI BOXes. The company also plans to develop mid-range, highly reliable chips delivering 2 TOPS to 10 TOPS of compute power, targeting emerging applications like front-facing integrated cameras, robotic vacuum cleaners, and robotic lawn mowers. Black Sesame Technologies now offers an end-to-end edge AI inference compute matrix spanning from 0.5 TOPS to over 1,000 TOPS, providing full-scenario compute solutions across industries—including lightweight visual perception, advanced autonomous driving, and central computing for humanoid robots.
