The Aito M9 EV recently completed a real-world range test on a round trip from Chengdu to Chongqing without recharging. The test vehicle was the M9 Ultra five-seat all-wheel-drive electric version, equipped with 21-inch wheels and an official CLTC range rating of 715 km. The route included both highway and urban segments, covering a total distance of 630.6 km in 7 hours and 36 minutes, with an average speed of approximately 83 km/h. The vehicle carried four adults and 50 kg of equipment, with the cabin air conditioning set to 24°C. The average energy consumption throughout the journey was 17.8 kWh per 100 km, achieving a range efficiency of 88.1%. The vehicle is approximately 5.3 meters long and has a curb weight of around 3 metric tons, completing the round-trip test under high-temperature conditions.
