According to an announcement by Zhongjie Automotive, the company's board of directors recently received a written resignation letter from Ji Hui, its Chief Financial Officer (CFO), who resigned due to personal reasons. Following her resignation, she will no longer hold any position within the company or its subsidiaries. Her original term was scheduled to run until June 13, 2027. The resignation will not affect the company’s normal operations. Until a new CFO assumes the role, Sun Wenwei, Chairman and General Manager of the company, will temporarily assume the relevant responsibilities. Ms. Ji does not directly hold any shares of the company but indirectly holds 1,000,335 shares through Suzhou Zhongnuo Jing Investment Partnership Enterprise. She will continue to comply with applicable shareholding management regulations following her resignation.
