In the first half of 2026, Geely Holding Group achieved record-breaking total sales of 1,934,842 vehicles, marking a new historical high for the same period. Of this, sales of new energy vehicles (NEVs) reached 1,100,893 units, up 10% year-on-year, accounting for 56.9% of total sales. Geely Auto, the group’s core brand, sold 1,422,958 vehicles in the first half, including 799,454 NEVs, representing a NEV penetration rate of 56%. Overseas exports performed exceptionally well, with cumulative exports reaching 474,228 units—up 158% year-on-year and surpassing the group’s total export volume for the entire year of 2025. In June alone, exports hit 102,874 units, an increase of 157% year-on-year and 21% month-on-month, marking six consecutive months of both year-on-year and month-on-month growth. In the internal combustion engine (ICE) segment, the “Geely China Star” series recorded sales of 581,000 units in the first half, ranking first among domestic-brand ICE vehicles. Meanwhile, Polestar (PSNY) achieved record-high sales of 30,400 units in the first half of the year.
