On July 17, Wei Jianjun, Chairman of Great Wall Motor, published a detailed article introducing the Great Wall H10, which is set to begin pre-sales soon. The vehicle is described as a "new species," positioned as a large six-seater boxy SUV that integrates the spacious layout of an MPV, the intelligent features of a city SUV, and the all-terrain capability of an off-road-oriented SUV. The H10 will be offered in both five-seat and six-seat configurations, aiming to resolve the design conflict between the boxy exterior styling and the demand for generous six-passenger interior space. In terms of design, the H10 features an olive-shaped body with smooth, flowing curves that blend soft elements into its rugged aesthetic, embodying the design philosophy of "squareness with roundness." Wei Jianjun stated that he was deeply involved throughout the vehicle’s development process, meticulously overseeing details such as paint color, door-closing sound, and seat angles. He also emphasized that the company actively incorporated user feedback gathered through online interactions, conducting multiple rounds of refinement to optimize product details and better meet customer expectations.
