AITO M9 Achieves 630.6 km Real-World Range with 88.1% Efficiency

On July 14, the all-new Aito M9 underwent a real-world electric range test on a round-trip route between Chengdu and Chongqing. The entire test was live-streamed in real time, with updates every 30 minutes on metrics including distance traveled, remaining battery level, dynamic energy consumption, and driving duration. The test vehicle was a standard production model available for public purchase—not a specially tuned version—and carried four adults plus 50 kg of equipment. Testing conditions included an outdoor ambient temperature of up to 41°C, with the cabin air conditioning maintained at a constant 24°C. The route covered various road types, including urban streets, with an overall average speed of 85 km/h and an average highway speed of 101.89 km/h. The vehicle ultimately achieved a real-world range of 630.6 km, representing a range achievement rate of 88.1%, with an energy consumption of 17.8 kWh per 100 km. Organizers emphasized that the test footage was not pre-recorded and invited independent third-party authorities to conduct public evaluations. They also encouraged consumers to visit offline stores for test drives to experience the vehicle’s actual range and energy efficiency firsthand.
