MIIT Deploys Measures to Boost Growth in Machinery, Automotive, and Power Equipment Sectors

Wang Weiming, Chief Engineer of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, stated that the next steps will focus on coordinating efforts to stabilize industrial operations, advance technological breakthroughs, and promote equipment application, thereby accelerating the transformation and upgrading of the equipment manufacturing industry. Specific measures include closely aligning with the national "15th Five-Year Plan" outline, implementing relevant arrangements, and promoting the dissemination and execution of the "15th Five-Year Plan for the Development of Intelligent Connected New Energy Vehicles." Additionally, the ministry will continue implementing a new round of work plans aimed at stabilizing growth in sectors such as machinery, automobiles, and power equipment, focusing on expanding high-quality supply and effective demand to ensure steady industry growth.
