On July 20, YiJing Auto unveiled interior details of its debut model, the YiJing X9, for the first time. Positioned as the flagship model in the brand’s “9 Series,” the vehicle measures 5,301 mm in length, 2,015 mm in width, and 1,820 mm in height, with a wheelbase of 3,120 mm. The X9 will be among the first vehicles to feature Huawei’s HarmonySpace 6 intelligent cockpit and will come standard across all trims with Huawei’s Qiankun ADS 5 intelligent driving system. Inside, the front seats of the YiJing X9 offer optional foldable tray tables, while the center console includes four cup holders accessible to passengers in the first two rows. The second row features an overhead entertainment screen powered by the HUAWEI XSCENE in-car laser projection system, which utilizes laser light sources and LCoS technology to deliver sharp, high-quality imaging. The vehicle also debuts a centrally positioned 17.2-inch dual-screen setup—dubbed the “Butterfly Wing” display—that supports seamless interconnectivity between screens while ensuring independent operation for both driver and front passenger. Additionally, the screens incorporate Huawei’s Yunxi Soft Light technology to minimize glare and reflections. All variants of the X9 are equipped with Huawei’s Qiankun “Light Trio” suite, comprising the HUAWEI XPIXEL million-pixel intelligent projection headlights, HUAWEI XSCENE in-car laser projection system, and HUAWEI XHUD augmented reality head-up display. The vehicle also integrates an 896-line dual-path image-grade LiDAR sensor. The YiJing X9 completed its trial production rollout on June 8 at Chengdu Economic & Technological Development Zone and is scheduled to launch and begin customer deliveries in the third quarter of this year, with nationwide deliveries expected to commence in September. YiJing Auto also plans to introduce five new models over the next three years.
