The all-new Tank 300 officially launched last night, offering five variants covering the Hi4-T and Hi4-Z plug-in hybrid systems as well as gasoline and diesel powertrains, with prices ranging from RMB 199,800 to RMB 259,800. Within 12 hours of its launch, the model received 15,318 firm orders. Retaining its iconic boxy silhouette, the new Tank 300 features a blacked-out front fascia with “TANK” lettering integrated into the grille, robust bumpers, and flared black wheel arches—maintaining its rugged off-road character. The interior is available in three color schemes: all-black, black-red, and black-orange, and comes equipped with a 12.3-inch digital instrument cluster and a 15.6-inch 2.5K floating central touchscreen, powered by the CoffeeOS 3 AI-powered intelligent cockpit system supporting the CoffeeGPT in-car AI voice assistant. In terms of powertrains, the hybrid models are equipped with a Hi4 plug-in hybrid system combining a 2.0T engine and electric motor, delivering a maximum engine output of 180 kW. - The Hi4-T variant features a 130 kW front motor, a 37.1 kWh battery pack, and an electronically controlled part-time four-wheel-drive system, offering a WLTC pure-electric range of 105 km, a combined range of 913 km, and a 0–100 km/h acceleration time of 6.1 seconds. - The Hi4-Z variant is equipped with a 180 kW front motor, a 200 kW rear motor, a 59.6 kWh battery pack, and an electric four-wheel-drive system, achieving a WLTC pure-electric range of 200 km, a combined range of 1,122 km, and a 0–100 km/h sprint time of just 4.3 seconds. For conventional fuel-powered versions, buyers can choose between a 2.0T gasoline and a 2.4T diesel engine: - The 2.0T gasoline engine delivers a maximum net power of 162 kW and peak torque of 380 N·m. - The 2.4T diesel engine produces a maximum net power of 135 kW and peak torque of 480 N·m. Both engines are paired with a 9-speed automatic transmission (9AT).
