SKYWORTH Auto's K-series vehicles officially rolled off the production line on July 21. The first batch is scheduled for delivery on July 30 and will enter service in Hong Kong's taxi market. This midsize SUV integrates SKYWORTH’s ecosystem resources from its home appliance and smart home sectors. The rollout ceremony featured multiple photos of the new vehicle and a banner reading, “Conquering Hong Kong: SKYWORTH Auto Begins Mass Deliveries to Hong Kong Taxis,” signaling the imminent start of deliveries. Currently, common taxi models in Hong Kong include the Toyota Comfort, Toyota Comfort Hybrid, Nissan NV200, as well as Chinese-made models such as the SAIC Maxus MIFA7 and GAC Trumpchi E9.
