Chenzhi Anqi and Youpai Energy Sign Framework Agreement for Full-Chain Collaboration on Power Batteries

Recently, Chenzhi Anqi (Chongqing) Circular Technology Co., Ltd. and Youpai Energy Technology (Guangzhou) Co., Ltd. signed a framework cooperation agreement, officially establishing a business partnership. The two parties will collaborate across the entire lifecycle of power batteries—including production, cascade utilization, recycling and regeneration, and energy storage operations—to create an integrated industrial chain for new energy vehicle (NEV) power batteries. Chenzhi Anqi is a joint venture established by Tinko Group, Chenzhi Group, and Changan Automobile, specializing in the resource recycling of end-of-life power batteries. It boasts stable battery collection channels and mature regeneration smelting technologies, having already built a closed-loop recycling system for automotive power batteries. Youpai Energy is a wholly owned energy subsidiary of GAC Group, covering battery manufacturing, end-user operations, and energy storage applications. It possesses a substantial portfolio of in-service power battery assets, extensive terminal energy operation scenarios, and advanced cascade utilization technologies. Under the agreement, Chenzhi Anqi will provide Youpai Energy with one-stop recycling services for its full-range battery assets. The two companies will leverage their respective strengths in channels, technology, application scenarios, and production capacity to achieve complementary advantages, drive bidirectional integration between the circular economy and energy sectors, and strengthen key links across the upstream and downstream segments of the industrial chain.
