The Beijing Hyundai IONIQ 5 V is set to officially launch in September. The vehicle was fully designed under the leadership of Hyundai China’s Design Center, tailored specifically for Chinese consumers, and will be exported globally. It features a sleek fastback coupe silhouette with a low center of gravity and wide-body visual effect, complemented by frameless doors and dimensional star-track-style taillights. The car is available in eight exterior colors: Cyber Gold, Dimensional Purple, Gamma Green, Magnetic Gray, Photon White (solid paint), Photon White (matte paint), Flowing Light Silver, and Night Blade Black. Inside, the cabin adopts a Nebula Wrap-around design, equipped with a 27-inch ultra-thin 4K screen, Nebula Ambient Lighting, and Cyber Eye HUD. Intelligent features integrate technologies from Momenta, Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8295 chip, CATL batteries, Baidu’s ERNIE large model, and ByteDance’s Volcano Engine. Built on Hyundai’s E-GMP electric platform, the vehicle measures 4,900 mm in length, 1,890 mm in width, and 1,470 mm in height, with a wheelbase of 2,900 mm. It offers both all-electric and extended-range powertrain options and supports 800V high-voltage fast charging.
