On July 23, Mobileye announced the initiation of a CEO leadership transition plan. Company founder Amnon Shashua has informed the board of directors that he will step down as CEO upon the appointment of his successor. The board will conduct a comprehensive search process to identify a new chief executive and has proposed that Shashua assume the role of Chairman of the company following the new CEO’s appointment.
