On July 22, GigaDevice and Neusoft Reach announced a strategic partnership. Leveraging GigaDevice’s high-performance, highly reliable automotive-grade chips and Neusoft Reach’s extensive technical expertise and mass-production experience in upper-body electronics, the two companies will deepen collaboration in areas such as intelligent cockpits and intelligent connectivity to jointly develop more competitive intelligent solutions for the market. Currently, automotive electronic and electrical architectures are rapidly evolving toward domain-centralized and cross-domain integrated systems. Collaboration between semiconductor companies and automotive component suppliers has become a critical pathway to enhancing the resilience of the overall vehicle supply chain and accelerating the deployment of cutting-edge hardware. As a subsidiary of Neusoft Group focused on intelligent vehicle connectivity, Neusoft Reach possesses deep technical foundations in intelligent cockpits and central computing platforms. It has already integrated large AI models into its product portfolio, establishing an integrated “hardware + software + services” development capability that has gained recognition from multiple leading automakers both domestically and internationally. GigaDevice has consistently invested in the automotive electronics sector for many years. Its automotive-grade Flash memory has been installed in over 450 million vehicles globally. Building on its high-compute, high-security automotive-grade MCUs and comprehensive product portfolio, GigaDevice has established a robust foundational ecosystem for automotive chips. Under the agreement, the two parties will advance cooperation across three key dimensions: First, they will deepen the integration of automotive-grade chips with applications, accelerating the adaptation and large-scale deployment of GigaDevice’s automotive-grade memory and MCU products within Neusoft Reach’s automotive electronics offerings. Second, they will jointly build a secure and reliable supply chain assurance system, combining GigaDevice’s chip mass-production capabilities with Neusoft Reach’s market resources to enhance supply chain responsiveness. Third, they will collaborate on chip qualification testing, integrating upstream and downstream resources to foster a safe, collaborative, and sustainable intelligent automotive industry ecosystem.
