Stellantis Announces Two Executive Appointments; Xin Tianshu to Lead China and Asia-Pacific Operations

On July 23, Stellantis announced two key executive appointments to strengthen its management team in China and the Asia-Pacific region and advance the implementation of the Group’s Value Creation Plan. Effective August 3, 2026, Xin Tianshu will become Head of China and Asia-Pacific for Stellantis, reporting directly to CEO Antonio Filosa and joining the Group’s Senior Leadership Team (SLT). His responsibilities will expand from China to encompass the entire Asia-Pacific region. Since February 2025, Xin has served as Chief Operating Officer for Stellantis China and Head of the Stellantis-Leapmotor Strategic Alliance, and since November 2023, he has been CEO of Leapmotor International, the joint venture between Stellantis and Leapmotor. He brings 30 years of cross-industry experience in operations management, strategy, business development, M&A, sales, and marketing. Grégoire Olivier, previously Head of China, will transition to the role of Strategic Advisor following this reorganization and will report to Xin Tianshu. Additionally, effective August 3, 2026, Pablo Di Si will assume the newly created role of Chief Performance Officer at Stellantis, reporting to CEO Antonio Filosa. In this capacity, he will lead the execution of the Group’s Value Creation Plan to support the achievement of its business objectives. Di Si brings extensive international automotive leadership experience, having led corporate transformations, performance improvements, and global operational optimizations. Most recently, he served as President and CEO of Volkswagen Group North America.
