Lantu ZhiGuang S Launches with Pre-orders; Top-spec Quad-Laser AWD Model Priced at ¥309,900

The Voyah Zhi Guang S opened for pre-orders on July 24, with only the top-trim 700 Ultra+ variant—equipped with four LiDAR units and all-wheel drive—announced at a pre-sale price of RMB 309,900. The vehicle measures 5,050 mm in length, 1,998 mm in width, and 1,656 mm in height, with a wheelbase of 3,000 mm. In terms of intelligent driving, it features Huawei’s Qiankun ADS 5 advanced driver-assistance system, equipped with Huawei’s 896-line LiDAR and a total of 33 high-performance sensors—comprising 13 forward-facing, 8 side-facing, 11 rear-facing, and 1 in-cabin sensor. Powering the car is a pure electric drivetrain offered with two battery options: an 81.6 kWh pack delivering a CLTC range of 630 km, and a 98.1 kWh pack offering 700 km of CLTC range. Two drivetrain configurations are available: a single-motor rear-wheel-drive version with a rear-mounted motor producing a peak output of 300 kW, and a dual-motor all-wheel-drive version combining a 175 kW front motor and a 300 kW rear motor for a combined output of 475 kW. Inside, the cabin features a three-spoke multifunction steering wheel and a panoramic “ribbon” display layout, integrating a large central touchscreen and a dedicated passenger-side screen into a seamless, unified design.
