On July 25, BAIC Group stated that it remains firmly confident in the long-term prospects of China's capital markets and the fundamental strength of the Chinese economy. The group pledged its full support for the high-quality development of its listed subsidiaries. It plans to steadily increase support by promoting mergers, acquisitions, restructurings, and injecting high-quality assets into these listed companies, with a particular focus on nurturing outstanding enterprises in the fields of new energy and intelligent technologies to access capital markets. Additionally, BAIC Group will guide its controlled listed companies to continuously enhance operational performance and improve returns for investors. The day before (July 24), BAIC BluePark, Foton Motor, and Bohai Auto simultaneously announced that BAIC Group intends to increase its stakes in each company: investing RMB 50 million to RMB 100 million in BAIC BluePark, RMB 50 million to RMB 100 million in Foton Motor, and RMB 25 million to RMB 50 million in Bohai Auto, for a total planned investment not exceeding RMB 250 million.
